IR dryer

Infrared Drying

Modern coatings allow quite often a direct and foreced drying. After the application process the drying can start immediately with forced air and high temperature combination.

Much higher temperatures and even higher air speeds are being used in these processes. Infrared is a common support to reduce the drying time and to complete the process.
Cooling is a necessary stage after the drying.

The higher the drying temperatures, the more intensive the cooling.
Quite often the standard cooling procedure, taking the cooling air from the room, is not efficient enough.

Refridgerator cooling machines come into the picture to deliver the appropriate cold air.

These processes are just a brief projection of projects, implemented from companies as seen on our pages, to provide outmost quality, increasing process reliability and cutting the processing time to make the process as uniform as possible.
