Edge coating for MDF cabinet parts

This project was started in January and could be successfully finished.
The customer could be satisfied with the conducted test series. An order for the equipment has been given to the machine manufacturer.

This solution consists of a complete machine line setup where the edges of the parts can be applied with lacquer and can be sanded in one single through feed at the machine.
When all edges are coated, without any further steps in the process, the entire piece now can be top coated.
We will give you an update how the entire equipment will perform, after the line is being installed and commissioned.
