Flash Off

Depending on the chemical structure of the coating material, the flash off process can be accelerated by warmed ventilation.
It is essential, that, during this procedure, there will be no film build on top of the coating.
If this is not strictly carried out, the surface finally would be dotted with little craters. The finish would be ruinend. Also this process should take place in dust free location.

The cleaner the location, the better the result.

This flash off stage can take a couple of minutes and varies from paint to paint. After the completion of the flash off, the drying process can be started.
